How can i earn points?

You can earn points by participating in any of our innovative promotions! Open reward pop up window and simply click on the 'Earn Points' tab to view and take part in our current opportunities.
At Lim Siang Huat E-store, every dollar you spend using the account will earn you 1 point.
In addition, make sure to check back often, as we're adding great new ways for you to earn points all the time!

What can I redeem my points for?

Glad you asked! We want to make it easy and fun to redeem your hard-earned points. After open reward pop up window, just visit the 'Get Rewards' tab to view all of our exciting reward options. Reward may be discount, free products or 3rd party's voucher.

How do I check my points balance?

You can simply check your points by logging into your account on https://www.limsianghuat.com/account/login. Point balance is shown at your account page & reward pop up page.

How long will it take for points to post to my account?

Points will be awarded after order is marked paid..

What is the validity period of points issued?

All points expire after 6 month of inactivity.

When does the coupon code expire?

Once redeem, the voucher code will be expired after 6 months.

Can i share the coupon codes to other accounts?

No, you must log in to the same account and use the code. The coupon code is not shareable.

What happen if my points have expired?

Point must be redeemed within the validity period. There will not be any extension of the validity period for Points.

Does it cost anything to begin earning points?

Absolutely not! Sign up is 100% free, and it will never cost you anything to earn points. Make sure to visit the 'Earn Points' tab to get started.

How can I redeem my points?

To redeem points, open "My Rewards" tab and click "Get Rewards". Choose the reward option you would like to redeem and click it to view the details. Once click the "Redeem" button, you will receive the discount code.

To use the code for

Redemption Products. Add the corresponding product to cart and copy & paste the discount code at check out page. Click "Apply".
Redemption Discounts. After meet the requirements for the discount code, copy & paste the discount code at check out page. Click "Apply".
3rd Party Voucher. Bring along the email confirmation with voucher code when you visit their shop.

Can I cancel redemption?

There is no cancellation or change allowed on the rewards once you have submitted redemption request.

What happens to my points if I make a return?

When you return an item, you lose the associated credit you originally earned by buying the item in the first place.
Sound kind of confusing? Let's take an example: let's say you had previously spent $50 towards a 'spend $100, earn 500 points' promotion, and you decide to buy a $20 item, which bumps you up to $70. If you decide to return that item, your progress would also go back down to $50 – it's just like you hadn't bought the item in the first place.

What should I do if I have problem redeeming my points using your system?

I'm very close to earning a reward. Can I buy extra points to get there?

We currently require you to have enough points to redeem any of the awards you see listed on the 'Get Rewards' tab.

Due to some reason, I make order via phone call,whatsapp etc instead of online order. Can I earn the points?

We currently require you to make order online to earn points. There are no points earned if orders made via other ways like phone, whatsapp.

Can I use redemption discount code together with other promotion, discount?

No, redemption is not valid with any other offers, promotions or discounts. At check out, only ONE discount code is allowed to use per order.

How can I receive redemption products?

You can choose self-collection or delivery.Same as normal order, you can choose self-collection and delivery.

What are the Terms and Conditions of reward points?

Lim Siang Huat P/L reserves the right to substitute redemption with that of an equivalent or of higher value.
Lim Siang Huat P/L will not be held liable for any lost of redemption vouchers.
